What you are buying
A SilentAcres listing plan pays for advertising one property on this website for the stated period. It does not purchase brokerage, title, legal, appraisal, escrow or closing services. SilentAcres does not negotiate a property sale or accept a property deposit through listing checkout. Buyers contact the advertiser directly.
A listing fee is separate from a property’s asking price. No sale, number of inquiries, sale price, search position or investment return is guaranteed.
Three choices, with the price before checkout
Three months and one year are prepaid, fixed listing periods that do not renew automatically. Their full charge is displayed before Stripe checkout. The separate 14-day trial option starts an annual subscription: $0 for the first 14 days, followed by the displayed annual charge, renewing each year until canceled.
The trial’s annual price, renewal frequency and first charge date appear before confirmation. Starting that plan requires a separate, unchecked acknowledgment of annual renewal. Stripe checkout confirms the billing terms and collects a payment method. Payment options depend on your device, region and Stripe settings.
Cancel renewal online
Use Manage my listing to cancel renewal or open Stripe’s billing portal. Cancel during the trial before the displayed trial-end time to avoid the first annual charge. Canceling after a successful annual payment stops the next annual renewal; the existing paid listing period remains available until its displayed expiry unless you remove the listing.
Removing a listing and canceling billing are separate actions in the management screen. Check the displayed renewal status after canceling. Keep a copy of your Stripe confirmation and receipt.
Publication, edits and your authority
You must own the offered interest or have the owner’s authority to advertise it, and have permission to publish every photograph and document you submit. Provide accurate contact details and describe acreage, access, asking price and the rights offered honestly. Mark an unresolved mineral or access question as unknown.
Publication requires explicit consent to show the listing and the public contact details you choose. Account email and private billing details are not automatically published. A paid listing is labeled owner submitted and seller reported; payment does not verify ownership, title, acreage, boundaries or conveyed rights.
You can edit or remove your advertisement from the management screen. Do not submit private documents, credentials, discriminatory advertising, misleading offers or material you do not have permission to publish. A listing may be removed if its content violates these requirements.
Payments and listing availability
Stripe processes listing payments. A checkout success screen alone does not activate a listing: the server must confirm the payment or active trial. An abandoned, failed or incomplete payment leaves the listing unpublished. An expired listing or a subscription without a current paid or trial entitlement is removed from public results.
These terms do not exclude rights provided by applicable law. Review the amount, billing schedule and cancellation controls before purchase. Listing checkout remains unavailable until the site’s payment and persistent storage setup is complete.
Data and property inquiries
The submitted property description, selected public contact details, photos and public document links appear in the advertisement. Account credentials, billing references, consent records and management sessions are retained privately to operate the listing service. Card and wallet credentials are handled by Stripe.
Public contact information can be copied by visitors and search engines. Remove information you do not want to publish before confirming the listing. See Privacy and Site terms for the broader website.
